One Wish – The Holiday Album
Whitney Houston’s first Christmas album and the sixth studio album “One Wish: The Holiday Album” released on November 18, 2003. The album featured the single “One Wish (for Christmas)”, which reached the top twenty on Billboard’s U.S. Adult Contemporary chart. The album spent six weeks on The Billboard 200 and has sold 445,566 copies in the U.S. to date. The New York Times noted the “lavish swoops, the sultry whispers, the gospelly asides and the meteoric crescendos” from Houston. The album also features a duet with daughter Bobbi Kristina (“The Little Drummer Boy”).
